I wanna give it 5 stars... The sando is GREAT. Coffee is okay, the menu is small. Baked goods are phenomenal but the staff screws around a bit which is awkward and it's hard to find a seat at times (it's busy and the food takes awhile so tables stick around longer than you'd think at a cafe) Worth a shot!

One of my favorite breakfast sandwiches I've tried in Chicago! The sauce and flavors of the sandwich were so good and the service was quick and friendly. Ambiance is a cute little coffee shop vibe. The price is a little high - $30 for just two breakfast sandwiches - but tasted great and would love to try other menu items.

Love the vibes of this place. Great coffee and delicious pastries. This place is not conducive for working on a laptop. It's a great spot to just sit, drink a coffee, and eat a pastry. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because I've been there twice during the week around lunchtime (11am) and the only pastries that were left were croissants. I don't know if they just bake less on the weekdays to reduce waste, but it would be nice if they opened earlier so people who work 8-4/9-5 can get in before work. Or, make a few extra sweet pastries for the lunchtime folks.

Got breakfast here this morning. Plenty of street parking outside. The store footprint is a little small but there are a few tables to sit at. The lattes were perfectly made. We got a pimento sandwich and a breakfast sandwich. The pimento sandwich was tasty with the mushrooms, melted cheese and some greens. I would definitely recommend it! The breakfast sandwich was okay (the hash brown was a little oily and we've had better in the city). Will go back to try some of the bakery items/ different coffee drinks.

really lovely little space, if a bit cramped with reduced waiting areas for the to-go/pick-up orders. very friendly staff, seemed to enjoy working at the café. tried the breakfast sando and the fried chicken sando and both were excellent. the miso chocolate chip cookie was obscenely large (is this the new café cookie trend?!) but very tasty shareable. would come back on a quieter day to spend more time relaxing in the space. **this was expensive, but not far from most other coffee shops in chicago.

Literally the coolest spot! Great service, staff were super friendly too. Vibes in there are great. I got the specialty coffe, it was the date one which was perfect. It was not too sweet! The miso cookie is huge and perfection. My favorite is the breakfast Sammy. The egg and hash brown are soooo good, and the jam on it has a nice little kick to it. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Cute coffee shop! Customer service is good. The place is on the smaller side. They have 4 or 5 small tables and one large communal table in back. Parking was pretty easy to find on the street. Drinks were good. I came here cuz I had heard so much about their breakfast sandwich -- egg, bacon and potato breakfast sandwich. There was a tangy sauce they put on the sandwich I really liked! Overall the sandwich was just ok. The eggs tasted like the type of eggs you get at the free breakfast buffet they give out at hotel chains. Don't know if it was just mine but the presentation of the sandwich could be a little better. Overall I liked the place, I'll probably skip on the sandwich next time.

This place was really excellent. I was visiting my brother, and we came here around 11:30am on a weekday. Upon entering, you are greeted with pink tile, and a good hip hop playlist. A variety of people were sitting inside either having coffee with friends, working on their laptops, and/or enjoying a breakfast sandwich. Let me tell you about THAT breakfast sandwich. IT WAS AMAZING. I don't even like brunch or breakfast food, but we've heard good reviews about it. I watched a IG reel the day before with them making it: their egg is cut perfectly and the best silky texture, the bacon is thick and premium, the gouda's smoky flavor melds well with the in-house jalapeño jam and charred green onion aioli. Flavor bomb in the best possible way. The potato bun is the best vehicle for this thing. ALSO do NOT forget that this epic sandwich includes an incredible HASHBROWN. WOW. Y'all just need to trust me, and go try it for yourself. BEST HASHBROWN EVER. The video they have says they have 3 different potatoes, and I respect the time they took to really get it down, because that thing is a work of art: thick, crispy, and delicious. I honestly enjoyed this excellent breakfast sandwich down to the last bite. Best thing I purchased to eat this weekend trip to Chicago, honestly! ALSO, we weren't going to get coffee here originally, but after seeing many people inside enjoying a cup, I ordered the specialty latte: called "Hidden Figures" which included fig syrup, oleo saccharum, and black lava salt with oat milk. It was delicious. My brother got a vanilla latte. The cups were a good size, and I was stuffed after the sandwich and coffee. Trust me, and just come here!
